Welcome! Thank your for choosing to book with me. I am Zeriaya Jones, and I specialize in hair care and length retention. My salon suite is located in Owings Mills, MD. Please press the services tab if on a desktop or the three lines in the left hand corner then “services” if you are on a mobile device to book. I look forward to meeting you! When booking, please ensure that your hair is detangled and free of any previous style, glue or beeswax. Failure to do so could result in cancellation or up charge of $40-$60. If you are sick, please cancel or reschedule your appointment. Safety and health are our top priority. Unfortunately due to limited space no extra guest besides children, max of one are allowed. All balances are due in cash, card or with the card that has been put on file. New clients must pay in cash. Cash app, Apple Pay, PayPal, Venmo, and Zelle are not accepted. No refunds New clients are those who have not been to the salon and within the last nine months. All clients have a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes your appointment will be canceled. Retainer fees are nonrefundable. Reschedules can be made within 60 days of the original appointment and your retainer fee is only transferable twice, after two reschedules you must make a new deposit. Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance of scheduled start time. No call no shows will not be able to book again. When booking please use your legal first and last name.

Cancellation Policy
